many manufacturers will not honor a warranty if proper documentation cannot
be produced to verify maintenance by a licensed professional.
Each of our affordable Preventative Maintenance Plans
includes guaranteed 24 hour service, placing your call before all others. In
addition, if repairs are required, you will receive a 20% discount on all

convenience - not ours! And don't worry if you misplace that piece of paper
you wrote your appointment date and time on. Our Customer Service
Representatives will not only telephone you with a reminder the day before,
but also when our certified technician is en route to your home!
Up-front pricing is not just our policy,
it's our rule. Whether
it's a scheduled visit, or a middle of the night emergency, when we come to
your home we will take the time to thoroughly evaluate your system, explain
your situation, then provide up-front pricing for your various options. Our
extensive record-keeping system guarantees that if you have a warranty
dispute, all of your precious documentation can be retrieved at a moments
notice.
Emergency Service is available 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Simply call our office - even in the
middle of the night or over a holiday weekend - and a certified technician
will be with you in no time!
